4 Ben’s® Sesame Hamburger Buns
2 cups (500 mL) shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup (125 mL) barbecue sauce
1/2 small Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
1/4 small onion, sliced
4 slices Cheddar cheese
Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well. Toss shredded chicken with barbecue sauce. Set aside.
Fill buns with sauced chicken. Divide apple slices, onion and cheese evenly among sandwiches.
Wrap sandwiches in foil; grill until cheese starts to melt and bun is lightly toasted.
Tip: Use smoked Cheddar cheese for extra flavour.
