Be bold with your breakfast sandwich and create a layered bacon and egg club stacker.

  • 3  Strips Ready Crisp® Bacon Strips

    1 tbsp (15 mL) Butter

    1  Egg 

    Salt and pepper

    1 tbsp (15 mL) Mayonnaise

    2 tbsp (30 mL) Spicy mustard

    3  Slices Ben’s® Whole Wheat Bread, toasted

    2  Slices Marble cheese

    1  to 2, Leaves lettuce.

    5  (175 g) Package Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

    1  Tomato, sliced


HEAT bacon according to package directions.  FRY egg in a small non-stick skillet with butter, 1-2 minutes per side for over easy or 2 minutes for over hard. Season with salt and pepper. WHISK mayonnaise with mustard and spread on each slice of toast. Assemble sandwich by placing lettuce on bottom slice of toast and stacking a slice of cheese, turkey, second slice of toast spread with mustard and mayonnaise, bacon, second slice of cheese, tomato, fried egg and finally the third slice of toast.
