1 pkg Ben’s® White Hot Dog Buns (8), toasted
8 jumbo beef hot dogs
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
8 oz (250 g) sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) finely crumbled goat cheese
Grill hot dogs according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat; sauté mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Assemble hot dogs in toasted buns with mushrooms and goat cheese.
Tip: Garnish with chopped fresh chives if desired.
