Creamy coleslaw and savoury pickles balance rich pork chops layered in Rustic Hamburger Buns for an easy lunch or weekend meal idea.

  • 1 package Ben’s® Rustic Hamburger Buns (6)

    1 package (12 oz/340 g) prepared and dressed coleslaw mix

    6 fast fry boneless pork chops

    6 slices Swiss cheese Pickle slices


Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill fast fry pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until grill-marked and just cooked through. Top with cheese; grill for 1 minute or until cheese melts.

Assemble pork chops in buns with pickle slices and 1/4 cup (60 mL) coleslaw. Serve sandwiches with remaining coleslaw.

If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
