2 Ben’s® Tortillas 100% Whole Wheat (10 inch)
3 tbsp (45 mL) chunky peanut butter
1 small banana, sliced
4 slices bacon, cooked
2 tsp (10 mL) honey
Place tortillas on clean work surface; spread peanut butter evenly over half of each tortilla. Top evenly with banana slices and bacon; drizzle with honey. Fold tortilla over to enclose filling.
Preheat panini press according to manufacturer’s instructions. Cook panini for 2 to 3 minutes or until warmed through; cut into wedges.
Tip: Use almond or soy nut butter for a peanut-free choice if desired.
