1 pkg Ben’s® Original White Hot Dog Buns (8), toasted
8 jumbo beef hot dogs
1 cup (250 mL) sauerkraut
1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped onions
1/3 cup (75 mL) sweet green relish
3 tbsp (45 mL) mustard
24 pickled hot pepper rings (about 1/3 cup/75 mL)
Grill hot dogs according to package directions.
Assemble hot dogs in buns with sauerkraut, onions, relish, mustard and hot peppers.
Tip: For a sweet finish, add a drizzle of barbecue sauce.
