1 Package Ben’s® White Hamburger Buns (8)
2 lbs (1 Kg) peameal bacon slices (about 1/8 inch slices)
1/4 cup (60 mL) maple syrup
1/4 cup (60 mL) grainy mustard
8 thick slices Cheddar cheese
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill peameal bacon for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until grill-marked. Baste with maple syrup and cook for 1 minute until glazed.
Assemble slices in buns with grainy mustard and Cheddar cheese.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
