  • 4 Large Ben’s Original Tortillas

    ½ cup mayonnaise

    1 ½ Tbsp siracha hot sauce

    2 cups Boston lettuce

    200g Black Forest Ham

    ¼ cup peeled, cored, finely diced pineapple

    ¼ cup finely sliced roasted red peppers


In a small bowl mix the mayo and siracha until blended. Set aside
Lay a tortilla on a surface and spread 2Tbsp siracha mayo over the whole tortilla leaving a one-inch border.
Put ½ cup Boston lettuce along the bottom.
Top with 50g ham (approx 2 slices), and 1Tbsp each of pineapple and roasted red pepper.
Fold in the sides and roll up.
Repeat with remaining tortillas.
