Definitely not boring leftovers: these buns are nestled into a baking pan, stuffed and baked until they are toasty and delicious.

  • 4 Ben’s® Whole Wheat or White Hamburger Buns

    3 tbsp (45 mL) grainy mustard

    2 cups (500 mL) shredded leftover cooked turkey

    1/3 cup (75 mL) cranberry sauce

    4 slices Swiss cheese

    2 tbsp (30 mL) butter, melted


Preheat oven to 350°F (180°). Arrange bottom halves of buns in 8-inch (2 L) square baking pan. Spread buns with mustard. Top with layer of turkey, cranberry sauce and Swiss cheese. Cover with bun tops.

Brush tops of buns with melted butter. Bake for about 15 minutes or until buns are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Tip: Have leftover stuffing? Add a layer of that, too!
