Red onion brings out the sweet flavour of the honey garlic sausages and pairs perfectly with tangy sour cream.

  • 1 package Ben’s® White Sausage Buns (6)

    6 honey garlic sausages

    1 large red onion, thickly sliced in rings

    1 cup (250 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese

    1/3 cup (75 mL) sour cream or tzatziki


Grill sausages according to package directions.

Meanwhile, grill onions set over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly charred and tender. Roughly chop and reserve.

Assemble sausages in buns with grilled onions, cheddar cheese and sour cream.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
