Turn that typical PB&|J sandwich into some yummy french toast, topped with icing sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.

  • 8  Slices Ben’s® White Bread

    4 tbsp (60 mL) Peanut butter

    4 tbsp (60 mL) Raspberry jam (or your favourite)

    6  Eggs

    2 tbsp to 3, (30-45 mL) Milk or cream

  •  Pinch cinnamon

    2 tbsp to 3, (15-30 mL) Vegetable oil

    Icing sugar for dusting


SPREAD peanut butter and jam on each of four slices of bread. Top with remaining bread slices. WHISK the eggs, milk and cinnamon together in a shallow baking dish. HEAT oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Dip each sandwich into egg mixture, coating completely and place into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. SERVE dusted with icing sugar.
