Rice Puff Sandwiches
This sandwich is a kid’s dream: all the yumminess of marshmallow squares, peanut butter and banana rolled into one delicious sandwich.
Ingredients
4 slices Ben’s® White Bread
2 tbsp (30 mL) peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
2 tbsp (30 mL) marshmallow fluff/topping
1/3 cup (75 mL) crispy puffed rice cereal
Directions
Spread peanut butter evenly over 2 slices of bread. Top with banana slices; set aside. Spread remaining 2 slices of bread with marshmallow topping. Sprinkle cereal over top; flip onto slices of bread with banana.
