Yummy warm spicy pulled chicken served open faced style on a piece of egg bread. The taste of the south localized in your kitchen!

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Shredded rotisserie chicken

    1/3 cup (80 mL) Barbecue sauce

    1  slice Ben’s® Whole Wheat Bread, toasted

    1  Fried egg

    1/2  Green onion (green parts only), chopped


HEAT chicken and barbecue sauce in a small skillet, stirring occasionally for 5-6 minutes or until heated through.  ARRANGE toast on a serving plate, spoon chicken mixture over top. Top with a fried egg and green onion.
