1 Package Ben’s® Rustic Hamburger Buns (6)
6 prepared turkey burgers
6 Portobello mushrooms, stems removed
6 slices Gouda cheese
1/4 cup (60 mL) ranch dressing
Grill burgers according to package directions, adding cheese in the last minute of cooking until melted.
Meanwhile, grill Portobello mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes per side over medium-high heat or until grilled-marked and tender.
Assemble burgers in buns with mushrooms and ranch dressing.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
