Hot dogs with Asian condiments are popular in the west coast city of Vancouver. This version is spicy and flavourful with the addition of kimchi and nori.

  • 1 pkg Ben’s® Original Whole Wheat Hot Dog Buns (8)

    8 veggie hot dogs

    1 cup (250 mL) kimchi, finely chopped

    1/3 cup (75 mL) low fat/light mayonnaise

    1 sheet nori (seaweed), shredded


Grill hot dogs according to package directions.

Assemble hot dogs in buns; top each with kimchi. Drizzle with mayonnaise and garnish with strips of nori.

Tip: To toast nori, place sheet on a baking sheet and broil for about 30 seconds or until nori turns green and brittle.
